I hope somebody can help.  I'm still new to aquaponics.  I have a 900 gallon CHOP system.  I've started with just a few tilapia to work the kinks out.  I've been running it with fish for about 5…Continue

I'm new to aquaponics. I have my fifth child on the way. I started looking into ways to trim our food budget while eating healthier. I started with hydroponics, but I've moved onto aquaponics. I'm building a 10 foot by 20 foot greenhouse right now. I look forward to making organic baby food, fresh organic salads and veggies and delicious tilapia.

Wow, a fan. I'm flattered. I claim no titles. I'm just fanatically passionate to correct the wrongs in today's society and hope someday to devoid the world of upside-down economics. I see urban AP as a means to correct this imbalance and hope everyone has at least a small system to better commune with nature. Your goal to feed your family well is admirable and well within reach. 10x 20 is enough to supplement a lot of your food bill if planned right. I believe verticle growing is the key.

Cheers
