What is the issue here??

It came on larger grown leaves first and in this bottom picture it shows it is now coming on new growth as well.  I added seaweed extract. My ph is 7.2 check last night.  Thanks and happy growing.

Looks like Iron deficiency to me Jonathan.

I don't think I've ever seen Iron deficiency in lettuce.  Kinda looks like tip burn.
