I saw small small hole at a plant leafs surface. Is this a disease or nutrient deficiency. Please any body help me to find this.

Snail or slug

sits on the leaf and eats a hole through it

As you say there are small holes at the leaf surface. I think it is a pest attack. To solve this problem you can use pest control spray and prevent your plants. You can also use fertiliser that helps to build the stronger root system of your plants. For any assistance, you can contact me anytime.
