Has anyone bout tilapia from fishkis.com? They sure seem cheap but are they reliable and how is the quality of the fish?

You won't go wrong with White Brook and they're in your state. This should be a 1-time purchase so a few cents per fish difference wouldn't be a factor to me. Tilapia are the toughest fish I've seen, ever. Low water temp is the critical factor and I believe Blues begin to die at 45F or thereabouts.

+1 for White Brook. I also received many more fish than ordered from them which lowered the per fish cost significantly.
