Pest problem

I have seen a few slugs in my grow bed and they appear fond of eggplant leaves. I have been back and forth on staying ahead of aphids but the humidity here just provides ideal conditions for them. Depicted in the photo are a couple of tomato leaves (from somewhat low on the plant). Is this caused by aphids? Or something else?
