This is my first year with Tilapia in an IBC tote, I have them in my greenhouse. I am wondering what others will do for winter? Ie, insulating tank, running grow beds, heater???

This Winter was much milder with temps only dipping to -10F here and I never even set up the hoop cover. Used far less wood in the stove as well and the solar did a bang up job with the newly modified T-stat. The GH front wall and much tighter cover helped as well I am sure. The trout have grown very well all Winter long and have provided many a meal. All in all we are thrilled with our AP and each year seems to get better with less surprises.

Good to hear all is coming together nicely for you. We had another tough winter and issues with the wood heater didn't help. The insulation I surrounded my in ground sump with seemed to help. I have a high water line and any extra moisture was causing the sump to rise so I installed a 1/2' pipe down the outer side of the sump and pumped the excess water into the sump.  Good news is the water was inside the insulation and was warm. Going to make more improvements before next winter.
