what's the deal with this weirdo fish?

So, my tilapia were delivered a couple of days ago. Mostly they are all active and eating well. There's one strange one though. It clings to the side of the tank and hovers there, flapping its fins. It will move locations sometimes.

Could be it's sick or something and the others are picking on it.  

Or maybe it's an introvert.

All the tilapia are ramming each other with their open mouths and chasing each other. Maybe this one just isn't a fighter.

Tilapia are a weird fish. I've noticed when mine fed, they would all sit back and one brave small fish would sneak up and bring one food pellet back for everyone else to see.  They would send out a couple more scouts, then when they decided it was safe they'd go all piranha and eat everything in like 5 seconds.
