Fish died from COld....How long before not eatable

We have a small system with two 250 gallon totes and a water trough. All the fish in these are dead and very frozen feeling. I want to know if you think or know if they are still ok to process for the freezer. Would like to know as soon as possible so can process as soon as possible. These are blue tilapia

I live in central FLorida and my big system is fine...with no dead fish

I personally would not eat them because you do not know how long they have been dead for, or if it was really the cold that caused the fatality of your fish.

if their eyes are clear and they don't smell, i'd clean and freeze them

I would agree with Keith. clear eyes and gills, and no stink, but I would process as fish jerky... But, that's just me...
