i see that a lot of people plum their sysems with pvc pipe but that worrys me because of the bpa that leechs i was trying to come up with alternitives but i dont want to pay a arm and a leg to get it anyone use different means of pluming?

Kevin, if you use the rigid u-PVC it contains no BPA or other pthalates. Those (pthalates like BPA) only come into play with softer or pliable PVC...

where do u get the upvc pipe local hardware stores lowes none of those places have any

Kevin, I have been doing a fair bit of reading lately on this subject as well. I did find this one quote I'm not sure how valid it is.

PVC pipe, and CPVC pipe marked “NSF-61” or “NSF-PW” indicate that they have passed testing for potentially harmful chemicals leaching into the water.

so would that be on schedule 80 pvc? i seen one place that even had 80 but i didnt read it...i didnt see it on anyones schedule 40 pvc pipe
