My tank has cycled. What causes the red discoloring in the photo?

what are your water temps and readings? how many fish, how big is your ft and how big is your gb?

100 8 month fish. 200 2 month fish. Tank is in ground in the tropics. Nitrite is ok. The dead fish was about 3/4 lb. Grow beds are 4 ea. 3 ft x 20 ft. Fish tank is 4x4x10. I am running a air bubbler, 4 places.
