unripe Soft tomato's

a tomato vine in my greenhouse has some fruit that's going soft, almost over ripe but it's still green.

The plant leaves are also looking pretty poor.

Any idea's what's causing this?  Other plants in my grow beds are doing ok - Picture below

I solved this mystery.  My input pipe was plugged (it was below the surface to deter mosquito's).  Amazing what happens to plants when they don't get water :)
