First, I apologize if these questions have been asked before. I have peripheral neuropathy and am usually in too much pain to sit if front of the computer for long. My health is the main reason I am looking into Aquaponics. I have not started yet as I am still reading the book and learning.
1. I am considering using plenty of "pocket towers" and grow beds and wondered if I can put worms in each individual pocket?
2. What can you grow in the "pocket towers"?
3. Do the plants have all the same health and nutrition (trace elements, etc.) as dirt grown plants?
4. Do I need separate tanks for my grow beds and towers? To make sure the tower plants get the same amount of solids and what not.
Again, I am sorry if I am repeating questions. However, sitting to long to search the forum for them is impossible right now. Thank you for any help.

towers are not considered a filtering device for the fish tanks.. rather a hydroponic add-on if you will.
you need to build a complete media bed system first. then you can use the clean, filtered water to run through the towers.
im not sure ive seen "pocket towers" .,..but you could ask the manufacturer some of these questions.
I think she's talking about the pvc towers where you slit the pipes, heat up the plastic and pinch them in to create pockets.
Sarah, in regards to your third question: are you asking if plants in an aquaponic environment require the same elements or will have access to the same elements. Plants require the same nutrition in any media. In an aquaponic system, you will still need to add things here and there (like iron), but the majority seems to be covered by the fish waste.
