The harbor freight gh 10x12 is currently under consideration by me. the reviews talk about the plastic blowing off. I did buy a 12x20 from Amazon. it withstood a wind storm in Tucson. If anyone buys this one, I will be happy to give you some tips to building it alone, one person.

Jon,
Great reading.
Thank you
I used this design as well, here's my progress (attached Pics). I have a friend who works with autocad and worked up the measurements for me.
Hi, Stan, I like your greenhouse and the price! I am beginning to build a 10x12 HFGH in Brentwood, just outside of Nashville, using old bathtubs for my tanks and beds. My main concern is cooling/ventilating it this summer. What do you use? Fans? Shade cloth--both?
Where did you get your grow media or fish?
Thanks for any tips!

If you build a PVC hoop house you will need to primer the pipe where it comes in contact with the poly cover. Thats the only way that most suppliers will warranty poly.

Our 14x90 foot High Tunnel earned us 3x what we paid for it during this year, almost half of that after the first frost killed everything outside. We could have done much better if we had of had the time to fully plant it out properly.
