A fish looks pregnant

Yes I know that koi do not get pregnant, but it sure looks it. Does that mean she is full of eggs? What should I do?

No answer here, but my Aquaponics forum decided that it was probably dropsy. The fish were spawning and I got some babies, but, even after some time had elapsed, this fish was still bloated. I seperated it and stopped feeding for a while and it still did not help and I ended up deciding to put it down so the rest of the fish did not get sick.
