I successfully cycled my system about a month ago.  I had a number of plants already growing (slowly) and have planted more since then.  Some are thriving, others not.  I am trying to diagnose why.

The system has 3 3'X2' grow beds, a 180gallon fish tank with about 30 tilapia fry and a sump.  I am keeping the pH around 7.6. I am using California Lightworks LED lights.  The two plants I am having trouble with are kaffir lime (why will be a mall bush as it grows, and parsley.  The kaffir lime has been in the bed for several month, the parsley was just planted.

Both are in a grow bed with lettuce that is thriving.

Both the parsey and kaffir lime have leaves that are turning yellow (see photos below).  My only theory right now is that the lights are too intense.

Other suggestions?

Maybe they are lacking nutrients. I have this problem with my basil. Which was because my filter was off. The bacterias that nitrificate and nitraficate died which ended up in lack of nutrients. But what can also be the cause is a pH to high. Plants can only take the most nutrients between a certain range of pH. Which is best between 6 and 6.5 (if I'm not wrong). When the ph is too high or too low, the plants will have problem taking the nutrients they need
