Absolutely.

Just like Vlad said..absolutely... My system is inside with nothing but a growlight. Ive had great luck with lettuce and stringbeans. I was harvesting stringbeans last Nov. They were started in my media bed which is hydrocorn. I started my broccoli and tomatoes in my indoor system and then transplant them outdoors to my raised beds. I've tried bringing toms and eggplant to fruit but no luck. I don't know if it was 'cause PH was like 7.6-7.8 at the time. They would blossom and then they would drop off. No biggy though 'cause I love lettuce and stringbeans. I live in the northeast..southern New Hampshire. I will be constructing a GH attached to my house in the summer of 2015.
