Where can I get catfish in Washington sate?

I'm in the seattle area.

I've found a place to get Tilappia and trout, but this is my first system, so want to start with a cold water system (trout)?

 

I've been looking into catfish, and then seem like an even better first try fish.

Does anyone know where I can get Catfish in the seattle area, or anywhere in washington for that matter.
