Using Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed plus Iron

My dark leafy greens are a little pale. I purchased some Maxicrop but unsure on how to use it. Any suggestions? Thank you.

i've used maxicrop with iron liquid, used about a cap ful in a 110gal ft/110gal gb

Thank you for getting back with some advice.  Do you use it as a folliar spray or directly into the grow bed?  I have 2  300 hundred gallon tanks.  Thanks again.

I use it as both foliar and directly pour.  I mix 5ml to 2l water and spray the plants
