What the perfect levels?
Can anyone tell me what the perfect levels for the pH, nitrates, nitrites,and ammonia are for an established system please?

Depends on what you are growing. Generally pH between 6.5-7 would be perfect. Nitrates greater than 25. Nitrites and Tan 0. You most likely will not have all of these happen all of the time as these systems are dynamic and decrease in pH over time.
