Streptococcus infected tilapia

hello there. Anyone experience an outbreak of Streptococcus in their tilapia? I've lost a half doze n 2 1/2 lb fish in the last month or so. I'm wondering if this will just run its course? or will all of my fish end up infected? I remove the fish with obvious signs of infection as early as I can.

How do you know it's strep? Did they have a hole in their head?
