Cement pool

I am in the process of converting my above ground pool to a fish tank.  I have powerwashed it and sealed all the cracks (minor).  I feel I should seal it with something but am not quite sure what is safe.  I read that Thoroseal is used for cisterns, so I assume it would work for my purposes.  Anyone have any experience/advice?

You have an above ground cement pool? I've been looking and figuring how to design a good filtration system for my in-ground pool. I have a concrete deck around that pool. But I probably only have room for about 380  square ft of garden bed.
