need rubberized paint for our cement ponds

we are looking for a paint to cover our cement in the pond. We do not want to kill the fish. Anyone know of a paint or rubberized paint we can purchase and where to go get it. We found one place inAquatic eco systems but....they want $ 78.00 plus Hazmat freight of almost equal in price. Help if you can. Send reply ASAP Mary

Did you get the info. you needed? I've been using rubberize-it. Seems really solid, and no VOCs. I'm hoping to fill the tanks this week.
