For UV protection on PVC Plumbing, I use

Rust-Oleum Painters Touch - Ultra Cover  - 2X coverage, Also bonds to Plastic

I am using Gloss Kona Brown.

Available at Home Depot Can't remember the price but it seemed reasonable.
