Source in NW for Barramundi and Tilapia Breeders

Working with a friend who has license for Breeding and selling fish.  I am trying to find source of breeders so we can make some feeders..

It would be a wonderful thing if Barramundi and Jade Perch were available in the U.S.  If you find any, please let us know. 

Maybe the Aquaponic Source will make it happen someday.
