I just finished up the hardware for my indoor *micro* aqauaponics system (pics to come). So which should go in first: the fish or the seeds?

if you just finished, you might want to consider "fishless cycling"

i put plants in right away on my first system, had some "wash out" of the gb, and planted more....

If you want to cycle with fish

If you fishless cycle, seeds go in before fish.  If you cycle up with fish, you can probably put them in at the same time.
