I have a very small system and I do not have the automated fish feeder... is there something I can put in the water that is slow dissolving that will not hurt the fish or plants?

I can sell you fingerling just not sure I have the best price. I have a few albino cats in my pond but don't eat most fresh water fishes. I do like swia which is likely all that wil be eaten from the ponds.
No not using a bio reactor, How much are you cat fingerlings and where are you located?

They do make some slow dissolving fish food blocks for aquariums, I've never used them myself though.
