feeding fish and water temp

fish are starter goldfish

water temps have been fluctuating from 52f in am and 67f buy mid to end of the day.

just using ordinary flake food from fishtank in house now.

should i wait to feed fish til it warms up? or feed early giving them enough time to metabolize food.

Do they come up and eat the food?  If they are not coming up to eat the food, then you should probably wait till it gets a bit warmer.

also... from another post of yours, you indicated that you were losing fish. Goldfish feeders are notorious for dying from just about anything. it's really hard to find a feeder that hasn't been exposed to awful water conditions that would be highly likely to produce disease.
