New pellet feeder design for the rocket mass heater. It was quite exciting getting some of the close up footage...It was so hot, I would have to get my gloves wet and could only hold the camera for a few seconds. ;-)

Thanks again!. I'm very happy with this latest design and I can run continuously (but the longest I've ever run it was around 8 chours.). My biggest problem with it now is it's too darn hot and sometimes my vents open! When I do the rebuild this year, I may go down to a smaller chimney. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve!
A winning combo if I've ever heard of one ...One of the things that sorta turned me off to "classic" wood burning RMH's was the crappy autonomy it offers. As in...I really don't want to be running out to the GH every hour and a half to feed the thing all night and day long. You've taken care of that quite eloquently with the hopper and pellets. Very, very cool.
Thanks Vlad. I seemed to hit a sweet spot with some folks having the combination of AP, dome, and RMH. ;-)
Rob. That's totally and utterly awesome! Good job with the re-design. (Believe it or not, you are somewhat of a celebrity here in Serbia among the permaculture crowd...Nice video)...
Thanks Rob. Looks great! I'll have to snoop around your other videos to see how you exchange the heat. I made a wood gasifier a few weeks ago, and get heat and electricity out of those pellets, and very easy to regulate the burn by adjusting the load on the generator.
cooking some metal parts! my sound wouldnt work this morning.. have to check it out later.
That's extremely cool Rob. I love rocket stoves.
