Cool system. Love your worm farm feeding the duckweed and I suppose the system feeds the worms so that's a nice symbiosis - may emulate that sometime. We eat okra fried, with tomatoes and pickle them sometimes - any way but slimy - can't handle slimy. Okra is a great hot-weather producer, along with eggplant. Good luck with your winter vegetables and I'm sure they'll do well.
