Please tell us something else about yourself.: I am a part of an "Earthship on Wheels" type of project. We are converting a charter bus into a sustainable living area with an aquaponic system. I am curious how many people can be fed on this system in such an area as a charter bus. Also I am very excited to recently take on the aquaponics systems. I would like to use the simplest method possible so that people wont be antimidated especially considering my goal is to teach however many people as possible to survive well beyond abundance by combining ancient methods with science and technology. Also please watch Zeitgeist 3, it is a long movie but plug in :)

Aquaponics is a wonderful way of life and the only viable approach to grow fish and vegetables naturally. Try to attend the Florida Aquapon Tour o March 5th. I am sure that you really will learn a lot and then can share your experiences with the rest of us.

There is a real blend of experienced and new aquapons in this community, so please don’t hesitate to get in there and start asking questions. Everyone is quite happy to help out new members – no question is too basic.

A great place to start is to read the “How to Use This Site” link on the upper right corner, “Start Here” section of the Main page. You might also find the “Aquaponic Gardening Rules of Thumb” guidelines helpful.
