Clones of Stevia and Tomatoes

Posted on June 9, 2013 at 4:26pm 1 Comment

Today made for a great day to clone a few new plants for my garden.  I have made it a practice to buy two plants and put one in the soil and the other in the A/P garden, but to take cuttings from both to get new starts.  The new starts are in soil pods and will be placed in both the soil and A/P Garden as they develop roots.

I went back to Lowes in a pick-up to buy the second load of gravel, “a thousand pounds”, but this time I would need to unload it by myself.  I had the bright idea to unload it by the bucketful into a rolling trash can.  You know the heaver duty kind that the city services use.  The trash can held most of the gravel and I was able to pull the bag and pallet off the truck with a little help.   After that I had trouble…

Now, I had to sell the idea to my other half.  I was so excited; I wouldn’t hide my enthusiasm or wait any…

Hi Becky. This is my first year too. I just put together a small 45 gallon proof of concept to satisfy my wife. I've had some mixed results with some veggies stresing (chlorosus and necrosis). I've added iron and Maxicrop but I am now speculating my # of fish may not be high enough. I ave to do some more researh. I'd be interested in seeing your rig sometime. Regards.
