Greetings everyone! 

Glad to be a new member and looking forward to digging through past discussions while building some new ones as well. I have a small little Aquafarm from BackToTheRoots, but have been reading up on more intricate systems with the intention of building my own system.  In time, I would like to develop a custom modular system for potential commercial use, but for now I will be experimenting at home for personal use (and neighborhood love!).

A few general things I am interested in are:

    - fish and plant limitations

    - non-toxic and sustainable material use

    - solar powered systems

    - Automated systems

    - Best/Worst practices

    - Any and all helpful hints!!

It is great to have access to a worldwide community of "Aquaponickeers" so feel free to get in touch and help me build a great system!

welcome to the club!! 

this is a the best place to meet and learn from other Aquaponeers..try a search on this site for these threads... all of which have been covered in depth multiple times over.

when it comes to commercial, its all about the hybrid design... go with what works, dont reinvent the wheel.
