Please tell us something else about yourself.: I have been a chef for 14 years working in new york city and louisville, ky. i am very interested in bridging the disconnect between where our food comes from and how it arrives to our table. i am looking to start an urban farm in louisville and through my research have stumbled across aquaponics. i crave knowledge pertaining to food in all forms an fashion.
