Get some more support under your grow beds and do not let any wood touch the ground.
Concrete blocks under the pallets would help. The weight of grow media and water could be almost 200 pounds per bed. If you use auto siphons I would not tie them together they will not work properly. Can move your fish tank under your grow beds so the water will return back to the fish tank directly?
