- I love water and have a passion for science there are so many possibilities! I am finishing school at Michigan State University and hope to carry this momentum into Aquaponics. I am currently working at a fish hatchery in Northern Michigan were they produce 1 million Brown and Rainbow trout a year for the lakes and streams of Michigan

Yes, South Lyon is the proposed spot for now. We are ending our biodiesel season, and are getting ready to put this monster up soon! I really liked how you designed your greenhouse and would like to come see it sometime:) There are very few models in MI we have to look at!
Hi Josh, I can tell you anything about UVM or the surrounding area. Let me know what you want to know. John Todd is a great man, I found his classes to be the best I've ever taken. His teaching style is unique where he lets you come to your own conclusions while being there for insight. It is imperative that you engage him during class however, some people don't realize this and come away slightly empty-handed.

There is a real blend of experienced and new aquapons in this community, so please don’t hesitate to get in there and start asking questions. Everyone is quite happy to help out new members – no question is too basic.
A great place to start is to read the “How to Use This Site” link on the upper right corner, “Start Here” section of the Home page. You might also find the “Aquaponic Gardening Rules of Thumb” guidelines helpful.
