My project is still in the gathering equipment ( mostly money now ) stage. I had other construction cost this summer for my Compressor building and have to build the finances back up. I have most all the tanks I will need for the first stage. The pipe / plumbing issue is an easy one to deal with. I have all my pumps and aeration equipment. Main assembly and construction won’t begin until spring 2013. I still need to bring in a few loads of soil to fill in some low areas, move my Beehives and then the Greenhouse structure will go up. Until then, it would be wasted time and gas for you to travel down here to the White City Central Point area.
I’m in contact with an organization that funds Veterans projects and hopefully I will be able to get some additional $$$ assistance. Then I have to start actively recruiting Veterans for the first group. Until then, I would be wasting other peoples time.

Sustainable agriculture is what I'm studying in general this winter. I am looking to get back into farming, initially with an organic aquaponics operation. I have no fish culture experience and limited greenhouse experience. I am looking for people, land owners and farms in the Eugene, OR area to learn from, network with, and potentially create business partnerships with. My intention is to formulate a long term vision and plan by next fall, and to begin with aquaponic agriculture as the initial money maker.

Hello Jason how is the garden going?
