Please tell us something else about yourself.: I am an author, scholar, linguist, former advisor to CNN's Iran Desk who has come to Costa Rica for "pura Vida"! I am planning to start a backyard aquaponics system and would welcome any and all advice.

He also lives in Costa Rica and is very active in the aquaponics / hydroponics community. You might want to join his group Costa Rica aquaponics (see Groups tab above) to stay in touch with folks around you who are interested in aquaponics as well.
