@David Schwinghamer - I notice from your photo's that you have been working with PVC pipe. I started this with soil media with great success. My Aquaponic system is intended to separate the Bio-Filter/Digester from the grow beds, and limit lava rock to the Filter and use 6 inch pipe with Hydroton for my grow beds. I would like to see more of what you are doing.

soon as i saw this confuguration i knew it was yours. you gona run somthing from side to side to hold the uper tanks? the 2 little bars that cross the top of ibc's arent that strong and may bend easy. if the 2 top tanks siphons fire of at the same time will the middle drain keep up? or are you going to add a overflow drain like a toilet has? also ti seems that the top and middle growbeds are too close (hight) to get a good drop for the siphons. looks like you are of to a great start. something i wish i did on mine was to add clean outs with treaded caps. eg. where you would use a elbow use a T and cap one hole so if you ever need to you can ram a bottle brush through sections of pipe to clean out the slime.
