THis is shiitake mushrooms, lentinula edodes.  Its for culinary and medicinal use.  It tastes so good. Its grown on sterilized sawdust indoors.

Can you tell us more about it how they grow are this eatable, medicine  what grow system you are using. this is cool, good job.
