Is one of the many variety of mint we brew it and drink it after a meal to help the digestion system or mix it with yerba mate also a te that the gauchos drink, in Central America they call it yerba buena. One recommendation do not plant it on a gravel media the roots will take over the system. hope this help your question and thanks for asking :)
