Hi Jesse,  I've been watching your lettuce grow so nicely. I didn't know if I missed it, but are you keeping a blog of the progress?  After watching your presentation at the AP conference, I've become somewhat fascinated with the water cooled bulbs to offset some of the heating of my greenhouse during the winter.  I'm trying to figure out if it's worth the effort (cost) to grow over the winter or let the system go dormant (like my current greenhouse)  -Rob T.
