First full week of having lgmouth bass in system. All 35 fish have survived and apart from high pH (7.9 range), chemistry looks good.

Clarification seems necessary. I use a digital meter (re-calibrated weekly) to measure pH on a daily basis. I only measure ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite on a weekly basis.

Hi Mustafa. No, you cannot check the concentration of ammonia by checking your pH. The only useful correlation between the two, as it relates to aquaponics, is that un-ionized ammonia is much less toxic to fish at a higher pH and much more toxic at lower pH ranges. You need a test kit to test for ammonia.

u mean u can check the amonut of ammonia by checking the PH , ????

That's a lot more ammonia than I've seen in a long time in my system - nitrite definitely looks good at the moment but you may see it spike up.
