Thank you so much!
I'd like to show you why it;s important to keep everything within your control. I've been using plants from the nursery.
I suspect that is where I picked up this camallanus worm infection. Growing everything from seed is lower cost and avoids this type of problem
Yup, these are started with the covered starters. I put enough water so the tray at the bottom has about 1/3". Once the seedling came up, the covers are removed and put under the lights for about 18 hours a days.
Did you sprout them in a covered seed starter.
How did you know how much moister was the right amount?
It might be that I've been buying bad seeds, but pack after pack returns so little that I feel it's something I'm doing wrong.
I just received some new seeds from a new supplier, and I'm trying out a covered seed starter this time.
@Bob, I use coconut coir. However, I found the freshness of the seeds are the most important factor. The methods and materials doesn't matter as much.
I wonder if you would tell me how you sprouted these plants. I have had the worst luck with starting from seed
