No, not prefab. I threw it together out of some old intex pool parts I got off of Craigslist, some construction conduit, a couple of rolls of 4 mill poly from home depot and a ton of packing tape. I'm about to build one for my sister using 3/4" pvc, in lieu of conduit. the build will come to just about $100. There are some simple plans on the internet if you google poly tube plans. I would certainly be willing to post more pics and descriptions if you would like.
