neighbor had used deck boards in a pile, some negotiations and I carried them across the street,used to form troughs

Chris, I thanks for the comment. Im no longer at Morning Star . I couldnt keep plants growing in there over the summer so I brought my experince home to give it a go. Met alot of interesting folks there. I have a lead on a good talipia grower near us,so if you need let me know. Thanks for joining this group.Paul
