1" uniseal fits over the 1 3/8" top rail so I put uniseals through the containers and put them on the legs. The I put a generous amount of diatomaceous earth inside the legs to discourage the ants from coming up inside the pipes. Containers filled with water or mineral oil then protect the outside of the legs from ants climbing up into the worm bins.
