Are you growing from start to finish in the same raft? yes

What size are they? 17 x 23ish 128 cells per tray

Can they be reused? yes but they do get beat up with repeated use.  however they are about 12 bucks each

What grow media do you use?  It looks like vermiculite. it is, it ends up being messy and after a while the bottom of the channel must be cleaned do to leakage.  However it does work.

I like your Styrofoam rafts -  No need for net pots.  I've never seen this type before.
