Averan - do you have any idea just how hot it gets here in summer? It is pretty much impossible to do anything outside in summer. Having "a billion dollars burning a hole in your pocket" is irrelevant, and a somewhat caustic comment on your part, I think. Why not offer some constructive advice instead?
