Mark, I will have to drop the guys at Cape Composite a mail tomorrow to see what the current costs are.  They made these over a year ago and as I am not actively marketing them, I have no idea what the unit cost of one would be right now.  They were designed to hold water or gravel, although some show a slight buldge just on water (we were still messing with the wall thickness of these).  Depending on wheter you plan to have them as media beds or rafts, the thickness may have to vary.  I'll ask for input on both potential configurations.  I cannot put any of them into my current home system as the bases are just too small to allow these to fit.  When the research project in the bigger system is done, I would love to reconfigure it to have these as gravel beds in a mixed AP system using gravel, NFT and towers.

They look pretty good. Will you use them for your grow beds in the AP system? What would it cost for a tank like that?

Yes - I own the moulds for these tanks.  They are 30 cm from base to the top ridge, and 122 x 62 at the top tapering down to 120 x 60 at the base for a total water capacity of around 215 liters per bed.  They do not come with any bottom drain - you fit that where you need it.

Wow - these tanks are awesome. Are they made from the moulds you spoke of in PE?
