I have some ghost chile plants that produce pretty well. I hope to provide a local cheesemaker with enough so that he can start making his "Ghost Jack" artisan cheese again.

I put them in my food or I like to take bites while I eat my food.  I haven't got my tolerance quite up to these yet, but I do this with habanero, scotch bonnet, and datil peppers.  Those are perfect for me right now, but you slowly want hotter and hotter peppers! ;-)  I got addicted to aquaponics because I'm addicted to peppers.  They're a gateway vegetable.

One of my customers buys ghost peppers from me to put into his salsa. He makes it so hot that his roommates cannot eat it when he is not home. Another customer combines them with chocolate habanero for a salsa. Some people like it HOT!

You must be crazy! What're you going to do with a half gallon of ghost chilis?  I can barely eat the tiniest bit of one!

Those look like ghost peppers. My plant has been growing for more than a year and a half.
